Failure to pay the monthly fee’s will result in the hosting account to be suspended and the deleted with website content, the domain name be put back on sale to the open market and all records removed from our system. We will ensure communication if payments have been missed or failed to keep your services live for 1month, if contact has not been made with us we are obligated to take legal action. We offer .co.uk domain names with our packages, if you require an alternative extension (.com, .org, .uk etc) then you have the option to register your own domain name or we can register it for you for an additional cost. If you already own the domain which you wish to use; you have two options. You can choose to transfer your domain registration to us- or you can update your domain nameservers to point to our platform.
